Rowdy Warren works in gesture. Broad sweeps of lemon and butter yellow crowd the canvas, laid down wet and fast. You can see the bristles in the paint. The hand behind them is confident, unhurried, willing to let a stroke sit exactly where it landed.

Cooler notes push through the warmth. A soft sage green enters from the right and pools near the lower edge, weighted like foliage or shadow. Traces of dove grey and a whisper of pink sit on the left, keeping the composition from tipping fully into sunlight.
